MF

Introduction

LIVGUARD® MF batteries come factory charged and permanently sealed from Livguard’s world-class manufacturing facility. They are ready to be installed and ready to power your engine immediately. This ensures the precision charging and manufacturing of these batteries for quality and lasting performance.

In MF sealed batteries, Advanced AGM Technology immobilizes the acid in the battery, resulting in virtually zero gas emissions and no acid spillage during rupture or accident. This makes the battery spill-proof and allows you to install this battery in virtually any position. Advanced AGM Technology uses a tightly compressed internal construction, which makes this battery more vibration resistant.

The MF battery has an extremely low internal electrical resistance. This, combined with faster acid migration, allows the MF batteries to deliver and absorb higher rates of amperage than other sealed batteries during discharging and charging. Additionally, MF technology batteries can be charged at normal lead-acid regulated charging voltages, thus eliminating the need to recalibrate charging systems or purchase special chargers.

Introduction

For Dry Charged batteries we provide “Hybrid Alloy technology”. Hybrid Alloy technology Batteries allow minimal water loss and increased battery life. By this technology, we mean the charge acceptance after deep discharge is very good over repeated cycles, which is ideally suited for extreme conditions because of the specific driving practice and life style. Low maintenance means that the batteries will not require frequent topping up of water as compared to conventional automotive batteries. The topping frequency will be reduced to 40% in Hybrid Technology batteries as compared to conventional Automotive battery.


The Livguard Dry Charged Batteries are made of innovative battery technology with a lineup of extremely vibration resistant, heavy duty commercial vehicle battery. This can withstand poor road conditions rugged terrain conditions which long distance hauleirs, construction and agricultural equipment’s.

Introduction

Advanced Hybrid Technology utilises a tightly compressed internal construction, which makes this battery more vibration resistant. Potholes and rough terrain are less likely to systematically damage the plates of this battery and shorten the life. More fuel-efficient the engines of these stop/start vehicles switch off automatically every time the vehicle stops in traffic.


When the clutch is depressed, the engine automatically restarts. This represents the most challenging operating environment for a vehicle battery.
