AGM VRLA

Livguard series valve regulated lead acid batteries are designed with AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, just ideal for general application purpose, such as UPS, telecom, and electrical utilities. The battery container and cover are available h in V0 class flame retardant ABS and HBO ABS plastics. With 15 plus years of production experience, our VRLA battery series is recognized as the most reliable and high quality battery system in the industry.

GEL VRLA

As the leading manufacturer of deep-cycle batteries, we believe in providing clean and reliable energy storage solutions that enhance the way people live and work the world over. The batteries are available in 12 V and 2 V ratings. Livguard Gel series battery is created with special separator and colloidal or foamed silica. The batteries use silica gel to immobilize the electrolyte inside the battery.

Features

Using oxygen recombination technology: maintenance-free

PbCaSn alloy for plate grids: less gassing, less self-discharging

High quality AGM separator: extends cycle life and prevents micro short circuit

ABS material: increases the strength of battery container (Flame-retardant ABS is optional)

High purity raw material: ensures low self discharge rate

Silver-coated copper terminals (T1, T2 terminal), brass insert terminals and lead terminals improve the electric conductivity

FT Telecom

Introduction

FT (Front Terminal) Series is specially designed for telecom use with ten plus years design life in float service. By adopting a new AGM separator and centralised venting system, the battery can be installed in any position while maintaining high reliability. The dimension of the FT series is designed for 19" and 23" cabinet installation and suitable for UPS/EPS applications.

Features

Positive Plates: Robust tubular plates consisting of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy, optimized for high corrosion resistance, offer extreme high cycling expectancy

Negative Plates: Grid plate construction consist of lead calcium alloy

Separator: Microporous and robust PVC-SiO2 separator, maintains positive and negative plates and is optimized for low internal resistance

Container: ABS (UL94-HB), Flammability resistance of UL94-V1 is available upon request

Terminal Poles: Screw connection for easy and safe assembly and maintenance-free connection with excellent conductivity.

Valves: Release gas in case of excess pressure and protects the cell against atmosphere, reasonable open and close valve pressure, high reliable on performance.

OPzS series exceeds DIN40736-2/IEC60896-11 standard values with more than 20 years floating design life at 25℃ and is even more suitable for cyclic use(PV/solar, traction etc.) under extreme operating conditions.
